Lost or Missing Shipment Policy

At Myra Bag, we take great care in ensuring that all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your shipment is lost or missing,
we have the following guidelines in place:

Reporting Missing or Lost Shipments

If you suspect your shipment is lost or missing, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
This is because our logistics partner only allows a 7-day window to investigate and resolve claims for lost shipments.

Claims Beyond the 7 Day Window

Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist with any claims for lost or missing shipments if the issue is reported after 7 days from the delivery date.
Please ensure to check the tracking information and delivery status immediately upon receipt to avoid any issues.

How to Report a Lost or Missing Shipment

If your shipment has not arrived or is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us at customerservice@myrabag.com immediately with your order details
and tracking number.

We will work with our logistics partner to investigate the situation.

We collaborate with our logistics partner, who will open the cases and conduct an investigation. If the shipment is located, they will proceed with delivery. If the shipment
is lost, we will provide a resolution to address the situation.

NOTE : DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE COLLECTED ON DELIVERY, EXCEPT IN THE USA.
