First off I want to say I love my Myra bags. However their tumbler is a little bit of a disappointment. It didn’t take long for me to throw the leather band that went around it away. I thought it was pretty at first then I found I didn’t like how it fit and taking it off and putting it on after a wash wasn’t what I wanted to do. Less than a year in and the silicone tip had to be replaced and now the straw plug broke. I’m trying to find a replacement for it. But with the price I paid for the tumbler I should have to do this. I’ll never buy another one again.
I have owned my Myra bag for maybe 6 years? I used it EVERY day to carry my laptop & personals. When I finally wore that one out I went directly to the Myra website and ordered a new one. It came promptly, was beautifully packaged and item was exactly as pictured. I LOVE IT!! I'm over the moon with the high quality, longevity and style. (And ease of purchase) Thank you.
