My sister and I have several of the Myra bags and we really enjoy them. She decided to order one for me for Christmas 2024 and we were looking at them on our phones. She ordered a bag for me and when it came we found it had a saying on the flap on the front of the bag. I love the bag... I just don't want one with a saying on the front flap.
I immediately contacted Myra Bags and inquired if the bag could be exchanged for a different bag. Its been almost a month and we still are up in the air as to what we need to do to exchange the bag. Its a great bag, still in the original packaging. Hasn't even been carried yet. I just don't want a bag with a saying on the front of it.
I sent them a message about returning it and my Sister has also sent a request to return the bag and placed a phone call to the company concerning our request. All we know is they are "still reviewing the return".
Its a little ridiculous at this point. I'm very disappointed with this company.
Be sure you look at the bags on a large screen so you are able to see all aspects of what you're purchasing. They sure don't seem to be very concerned about customer satisfaction, in my view.

Once they get your email, they will not remove you from their list and will continue to bombard you even after you ask several times to be removed. I never signed up and they continue to send me emails.
